My approach
When designing the logo for Obits by Zip, I began by exploring symbols that could embody both remembrance and location. Using Adobe Illustrator, I combined a pin drop and waterlily into a cohesive mark that reflects the afterlife and the location-based functionality.
After several iterations, I refined the elements to ensure the design was clear. The final logo merges the waterlily and pin drop to form an angel, symbolizing peace and guidance.
